Open your QuickTime Pro Movie Player program. Click on File, then
Open File. Find the directory where the animation is located.
Then
click on Export,
then export Movie to AVI,
then click on Options
and set Video Settings to None for your best quality,
Depth should
be Millions of Colors and Quality should be Best.
Frames
per second is 29.97 then click OK. T
hen go to Sound and
click on settings, then Compressor and select None.
Then select
OK, and OK once again, and lastly hit SAVE.
